§ 3-414. Appeals.

  • Appeals to decisions of the urban forester. Appeals by any party aggrieved by a decision of the urban forester pursuant to this chapter shall be brought before the next scheduled meeting of the planning and zoning commission. The filing of an appeal stops all proceedings of the work associated with the decision appealed. The planning and zoning commission shall review the facts of the case and hear testimony from the urban forester and the appellant in accordance with the rules of procedure adopted by the planning and zoning commission and shall vote to affirm, reverse, or amend the decision of the urban forester based on the facts of the case.
