§ 3-901. Title and purpose.

This chapter, titled the Ground Water Protection Ordinance, establishes a drinking water protection critical area around each water well serving an active public water system.

The underlying purpose and intent of this chapter is to safeguard the health, safety, and lives of the public by protecting ground water from contamination.
