§ 4-401. Definitions.

  • When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the respective meanings provided in this section:

    Food service operator shall mean any person, firm, partnership or corporation which manufactures, prepares, serves or offers for sale any food or beverage product to the public; and

    Food service establishment shall mean any building, place or mobile unit used for the purpose of manufacture, preparation, or service of any food or beverage product to the public.
