§ 4-701. Permit required.

In accordance with the provision of R.S. 33:401(22) and other constitutional and statutory authority supplemental thereto, any railroad company performing work or contemplating the performance of work within the corporate limits of the Town of Abita Springs, Louisiana shall, prior to performing any such work, apply to the clerk of the town for a written permit.
